Террорист Кристоф

This is the funniest shit that ever happened to me! I was down at the Russian embassy earlier, and was mistaken for a terrorist/spy or something along that line...

Tatiana had to do a new passport so I was pulled erm... I mean *invited* to head to the embassy together... Upon arrival, there were no place to park, so I dropped her off at the entrance, and drove a little distance away to park.

Now the embassy closes at 12 noon, so if anyone were to be at the gate by a minute pass 12, entrance will be refused. We arrived slightly before 12, but by the time I parked and walked over to the gate, it was slightly passed 12. I took out a cigarette and went on the phone while I waited across the road.

After an agonizing hour, Tati was still yet to be out. By this time, embassy officials were already taking notice of me and beginning to look outside to see what I was doing. It wasn't long before they started snapping pictures of me.

I thought it was fun so I started making weird hand signs and poses for their "photography" session. 5 minutes later, 3 Russian guys dressed like "men-in-black" came out and asked me "Excuse me Sir, we're from the embassy security department and we noticed that you've been here for the past hour. Can we just know what are you doing?"

"Well it's my first time here and I think it's a rather nice place, so I'm just looking around and surveying...", I replied with an evil grin.

They looked so freak out and to ease the fear of those poor folks, I decided to be nice, "oh, I'm just waiting for someone inside to get her passport done, and was just surveying the place to make sure I don't get a parking ticket".

They asked for my name, and the name of the person inside the embassy before they returned inside.

You are not going to believe what happened next... They went into the embassy waiting area, and began asking who's "Tatiana"! Moments later, Tati came out with a HUGE smile on her face, and said "You know, just now 2 guys came and asked me if I am Tatiana, and when I said yes, they asked if Christof was waiting for me. What evil things have you been doing again?!?!".

I burst into laughter and told her the story. "OK terrorist, be nice to Russians!" she said before I managed to force the translation of "Terrorist Christof" out of her - Террорист Кристоф

With an army of ladies like that, I can understand why the men sees me as a "terrorist".

Nice day.
